The Governor of the British Virgin Islands has dissolved the 15th Legislature. Under the new Contitution which came into effect June 13 by Order of the United Kingdom Parliament, elections must be held within two months of the dissolution of the Legislature. This means that the BVI electorate will go to the polls by mid-August 2007.
This blog will attempt to outline the issues for the upcoming election and give commentary on the positions of the candidates.
